1 large fennel bulb, sliced into ¼” pieces, fronds discarded (or saved for your juicer!)
2 large pears, cored and sliced into ¼” pieces
2 Tbsp Pure Indian Foods Grass-fed Organic Cultured Ghee
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1) Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2) Place prepared fennel and pears onto baking sheet.
3) Drizzle with ghee and sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and pepper.
4) Mix until everything is evenly distributed and place in the oven for 20-25 mins.
